LODI UNIFIED MAINTENANCE & OPERATIONS FACILITY
This was a new Maintenance & Operations Facility for Lodi Unified School District. This project was a 3 phased process, where we
had to qualify with the district, complete a proposal and interview.
The project was a Design-Build, and consisted of a 1-story metal building maintenance and operations building, including office space, training rooms, and a warehouse space.
New site development, including new utility services, required extensive design development and approvals via City of Lodi. Delicate milestones were successfully achieved in delivering their new headquarters while their existing facility was demolished elsewhere.
